What will be your role?
The Mobile Service Technician is the first responder for all customer emergency repair or inspection requests. He is on the front line and his autonomy as well as his ability to find solutions are called upon on a daily basis. Whether it’s managing garbage containers, dealing with a water leak or doing preventive inspections of buildings, the work of the maintenance technician varies every day. Every time he walks through the door of an apartment, is purpose is to find a solution to restore the tenant’s well-being. And if he can’t, he can count on a dedicated team to assist him.
Your responsibilities in a few sentences:
- Perform work and inspection tickets according to company standards.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Ensure the safety of sites by countering risks related to snow, ice, and ice.
- Use company resources to reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Maintain order in the work rooms, and the vehicles and tools provided to him/her.
- Offer effective solutions to satisfy the team, and direct and indirect customers.
Qualifications sought:
- DEP in general building maintenance or equivalent training/experience.
- Functional French/English bilingualism (strong asset).
- Experience in various jobs such as carpentry, plumbing, hardware, heating, etc.
- Experience in emergency management (strong asset).
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Job type : Full Time, Permanent

What will be your role?
The janitor must carry out his tasks according to the schedule of the specific route and the building’s particularities. He must adapt his daily routine according to the unforseen events that arise, and the season changes. The janitor uses his experience and logic to carry out all his tasks, and is supported by a Supervisor who will not hesitate to lend him a hand when needed.
Your responsibilities in a few sentences:
- Clean and sanitize common areas, sersvice rooms and rental offices, according to the required frequencies.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Complete related tasks depending on the season, such as salting walkways and watering plants.
- Replace burnt out light bulbs in common areas en ensure consistent lighting.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and plan monthly orders.
- Clean appliances and do touch ups in vacant suites when needed.
Qualifications sought:
- WHIMS and Janitorial training certification (DEP or other professional school).
- Functional French. English and/or Spanish are strong assets.
- Experience in commercial cleaning.
- Organizational logic and high adaptability.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
